My father, Penn Majors, opened Arrow Printers in 1977 out of a basement in Jackson. Over the past 42 years, we’ve changed locations to grow with the ever changing requirements of the printing business, and have been located in Clinton for the past 38 years. From the beginning there’s been only one goal—to supply customers with the best possible service, by making them feel as if they were part of the family. This goal has been achieved throughout the years in two ways: First, by building quality relationships with our customers which helps us to learn their specific needs and wants, and secondly, by using that information to produce projects that satisfy their printing needs.
Being born six years after Arrow Printers was opened, I’ve witnessed the power of a family-owned-and-operated business that has a focus on treating clients like they were part of that family. I have been working with my father and my brothers, as long as I can remember. Since most of our employees have been working here since I was young, they seem more like extended family that really brings my father’s original goal to fruition. All my life I’ve grown up with this legacy, and over the past several years I’ve had the honor of taking the reigns from my father. As the printing industry changes and we change along with it, my mission is to continue carrying the original vision he set out for Arrow Printers into the future.
